when the victim is being bullied one should not revenge on the bully,meaning they should just block the person or unfriend for less drama.Secondly talking with the stranger is not cool at all,it is important to talk with someone you know than introducing yourself to strangers.However cyber bullying back the person is not cool because some people feel threatened as they may not know who is cyber bullying them.Although cyber bullies may think they are anonymous,they can be found.If you are cyber bullied or harassed and need help,save all your conversation with the person and talk to your RA,CA,University policy,the office of social equity or the office of Judicial and mediation services.
